Who operates the portal

The Connect 360° ss portal, available notably through connect360ss.com, is operated by Les Progiciels Concept inc., 407, boul. des Laurentides, bureau 202, Saint-Jérôme (Québec), Canada, J7Z 4L9. A company using the portal creates its users, determines their access and remains the first contact regarding the accuracy and use of its business or employment information.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is not used to create advertising profiles.

Information processed and why

• Account and access: name, email address, communication language, company code, external code, account type, permissions and password security information. This information identifies the user and limits access to authorized functions.
• Company information: data published through Connect 360° ss, reports and configurations and, depending on the functions used, customer relationships, communications, attachments, contracts, electronic signatures, messages, documents, pay records and timesheets. This information provides the requested portal functions.
• Security and operation: login attempts, dates and times, pages viewed, actions performed, Internet address, browser or device information and technical error or integration logs. This information protects accounts, maintains an audit trail, diagnoses incidents and supports the service.

Report assistant

The company management portal may transmit the text of a report request and the technical catalogue of available fields to OpenAI. Accounting rows, report results and the complete company data set are not automatically transmitted. Avoid entering unnecessary personal or confidential information. Processing by this provider may take place outside Quebec or Canada.

Technical information about requests, the model, duration, response status and usage volume is retained for administrative monitoring. The exact text of a request, clarification or message is retained in encrypted form to improve the engine only when the user gives separate optional consent, for a maximum of 180 days.

Automated interpretation may misunderstand a request or produce an incomplete or inaccurate result. Users must validate every report against source data and official records.

Cookies used by the portal

The portal currently uses only first-party cookies required for its operation or to remember a user preference. It does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Refusing or deleting these cookies in the browser may close the session, reset the language or require the company to be selected again.

Access, service providers and transfers

Authorized administrators of the company and portal may access information within their responsibilities. Providers required for hosting, email delivery, security, support or an integration enabled by the company may process only the information needed to provide their service. Some processing may take place outside Quebec or Canada, subject to the applicable safeguards.

Retention, security and rights

Information is retained for the period required for the stated purposes, security, company instructions, contracts and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when appropriate. Access controls, company isolation, encryption of secrets, logging and backups reduce risks, although no system can guarantee the absence of every risk.

A person may request access to or correction of personal information and information about its processing, subject to applicable exceptions. Optional consent may be withdrawn without affecting functions that do not depend on it. A privacy concern or suspected incident should be reported promptly.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the portal, its providers or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page. The cookie notice or the terms acceptance screen will be presented again when a change requires renewed acknowledgement or acceptance.
